IMX Funds, an ADGM-registered venture fund targeting globally scalable B2B tech companies, has entered a 12-month preferred-partner agreement with Sapient Foundation, a nonprofit advisory platform that channels all consulting profits to global education charities.

Founded to back Series A-stage companies with active operational support and disciplined governance, IMX is currently raising a $75–100 million vehicle. The fund blends active operational support with disciplined governance and is targeting 2–3× returns within three to five years. The Sapient partnership enhances IMX’s diligence framework by providing rapid, investment-readiness reviews from a global network of former C-suite executives.

Sapient teams apply decades of senior operating experience to analyse revenue models, technology stacks, and go-to-market plans — offering founders actionable feedback before capital is deployed. Every engagement fee is donated to educational initiatives worldwide, allowing IMX and its portfolio to benefit from world-class insight while advancing a meaningful cause.

Solidarity Teacher Training College (STTC), Yambio, South Sudan, is delighted to be the recipient of the Sapient Foundation’s fund for 2025. Students attend from all states, dioceses and tribes of South Sudan and from the Nuba Mountains, making this college a beacon of hope in what the UN’s Human Development Index ranks as the poorest country in the world. 

The teacher training programmes offered at STTC are fully accredited by the state University of Juba and the national Ministry of General Education and Instruction, and every effort is being made to set the college up for a sustainable future, under South Sudanese management. Although many of the student teachers come with gaps in their academic knowledge, they make rapid progress and reach a high standard across all three areas of Professional Studies. They become effective, committed and resilient teachers, with peace-making and leadership skills that make them a bright presence in their villages. Nearly half of the graduates are now female, truly groundbreaking in South Sudan where few girls complete secondary school.

STTC is especially delighted to receive the moral and practical support of the Sapient Foundation for 2026 as we expand student numbers quite significantly. Students are coming from (and returning to) places ravaged by violence as the Sudan war has spilled over, compounding the difficulties South Sudan already faces. But they come to STTC with hope in their hearts, determined to make the most of this golden opportunity.
